The 2008 Exhibition results and images are now ready to view

Welcome
to Southampton International Exhibition of Photography Web
Site. The exhibition is an annual event hosted and organized
by members and friends of Southampton Camera Club. This Salon
is held under FIAP Patronage and the standards established
by the Photographic Society of America PSA and the Royal Photographic
Society RPS.
The Southampton Exhibition was first held in 1902 and apart
from a short period during the middle of the last century,
has been held annually ever since.
The 95th Southampton International Exhibition has again proven
to be very successful with entries from 47countries.
Many
of this year’s FIAP, PSA, RPS, Southampton Camera Club
Medal and SCC Certificates of Merit awards are featured
in
a slideshow of the relevant category class. To view the slideshow
use the appropriate class sidebar nav button or the slideshow
button to start the slideshow. The free Adobe 'FlashPlayer'

).
It is hoped you enjoy this years great display of international
award winning images. Our thanks must be extended to all who
took part and made this once again such a memorable Exhibition

The 2008 International Exhibition Rules, Regulations
and Entry forms can be download from this page. The forms are
in PDF file format.
If you do not have the necessary Adobe Acrobat Reader use the

To view the International Class winner images use the nav 'Class'
buttons located in the side bar above and on other relevant
pages where you can see a full list of successful class award
winners. In addition we have included a slideshow of all the
award winning images for each class category.
The slideshow can be run from the 'Slideshow' button link provided
on each relevant 'Class' category page or by clicking the image
thumbnails. It is necessary to have the 'Flash Player' (formerly
Macromedia) installed to run the slideshows. To download a free

page.

The
95th Southampton International Exhibition has again been successful
led by SCC International Chairman Glyn Edmunds with support
from the rest of the International team including Sue Dunham,
Maurice Pugh, Dave Butcher, Alan Harris, Louis Rumis, Chris
Palmer, Nigel Plant and Maureen and David Toft plus help from
many other willing SCC club members. It is also necessary to
extend out collective thanks to Nigel Plant LRPS for his enormous
contribution and dedication during the development and execution
of the new 'Digital' classes. We must also thank Jean Brooks
EFIAP for her valued behind the scenes work. And finally a special
thanks to the rest of the SCC International team.

It is through their dedicated hard work and devotion to photography
this exhibition is possible. Our closing thanks must be extended
to the most important people of all, you who entered this years
International. Well done and many thanks and good luck in next
