2010 Memorial Event Details:- talk to be given by Andy Rouse
Book early for next years Mansfield / Elliott Memorial Event, on 21st March 2010 at 02:30 pm - venue Thorndean Hall, Thorndean School, Winchester Road, Chandler's Ford, Hampshire, UK, SO53 2DW. The speaker in 2010 is Andy Rouse.

To avoid disappointment you are advised to book early - for further details and ticket sales, email the event organizer - Colin English (SCC President). Venue seating plan.

Joe Cornish - 23rd March 2009 - Once again this annually staged SCC photographic event has proven to be a resounding success and made possible by the dedication, hard work, and professionalism of Alison Cawley LRPS (and team). A special thanks and praise to Joe for such a stunning exhibition of photography. Absolutely brilliant and inspirational.

President's Cup 2008 -  Congratulations to Mike Seale who took the honours and won the President's Cup with a total of 14 seals of merit in club competitions this year. He was awarded 9 seals for prints and 5 for digital images putting him a clear 3 seals ahead of joint runners up Dean Colmer and Malcolm Niekirk - well done to all.

SCC member success in the recent SPF Exhibition held at Salisbury and judged on Sunday 24 Nov - congratulations go to Pete Smith ARPS for best Mono Print image " St John's Hair" and to Simon Plumley for taking 3rd spot in Slides with "Fly".

Congratulations also go to Guernsey who came first in Prints, SCC were second in Prints and 1st in Slides.

  We meet 19:30 every Monday evening at Copythorne Parish Hall, Copythorne, Nr Southampton, Hampshire (Map). We will be pleased to see you, so why not visit us for an evening of excellent photography, you will be made very welcome.

 
 
 
  SCC Clubroom: - If you would like to visit us you will find us at Copythorne Parish Hall which is located within easy access from the M27 with a large free car park and pleasant facilities. Simple catering facilities are provided within the clubroom or you might wish to try the local public house where fine wines, beer and food are available. Post code: SO40 2NZ
